FINANCIAL POLICY

The fee for your specialty care is based on the extent and difficulty of treatment.  This fee and payment method will be discussed prior to starting treatment.  If you are utilizing insurance please understand that, while we do our very best to acquire an accurate estimate of insurance coverage, there is no way to get a guarantee from the insurance company.  The estimated patient portion is due at the time of service.  We accept cash, check, Visa/Mastercard, and Care Credit. Any remaining balance after insurance settlement is your responsibility.  Please call us if you have any questions.
